Laudone & Associates, Inc. is both a small business concern and a woman owned business established in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Barbara Laudone, MAI, SRA is the president of Laudone & Associates, Inc.
and holds both the MAI and SRA designations, and a General State Certification in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Our appraisers have been performing both residential and
commercial appraisals since 1984. Over the years our firm has grown to a 12-person
staff which includes 6 General Certified Real Estate Appraisers and 2 Residential Certified Appraisers.
With the large number of appraisers in our firm our expertise has evolved to
include variety of services for both
commercial and residential properties.
